Very solid technician, no hesitation getting into the crawl space (very small and dirty). Showed pics and explained in detail what the numbers meant and how the system was performing. Performing a furnace maintainer in the Lafayette area! This furnace is in great condition but unfortunately had a dirty blower wheel. These types of things will header the furnace from working properly! Blower wheel is cleaned now and our customer has nothing to worry about!
