Performed diagnostic on five-year-old York air conditioner. Unit was making loud noises and not cooling the home. Found a shorted wire that caused a dual capacitor and a start relay to fail by making contact. Replaced wire and both components. Unit is now cooling the home and is much quieter.

Performing precision tune up on 2001 Coleman furnace in the Sunset Estates neighborhood of Mountain View. Dusted out system, replaced filters, checked all safety and electrical components to make sure system is running safely and efficiently, made recommendations for repairs to keep system running for as long as possible. Opened vents for proper airflow and inspected ductwork in crawl space. Client became our newest Certified member ensuring that proper maintenance will be completed annually.
