I just completed a air conditioning diagnosis for my client, Karen. Thankfully we were able to figure out the issue by looking at the system as a whole and being very thorough by checking each individual part of the AC system. We were able to get AC back up and running! 😀

Performed AC tune up on 6 year old Trane air conditioner. Unit is in good shape, it was low on refrigerant however. Replaced service valve cores and recharged unit. It is cooling the house much better. Client joined maintenance program to keep it operating at peak performance.

Performing precision tune up service on 2004 Trane condenser and furnace, system runs. Noticed that system was overheating in heat mode, which caused the circuit board to burn severely. Ordering a new circuit board and will return to install. Inspected and tested all electrical and safety components, made recommendations for minor repairs to keep system running and client is now our newest Certified member!
