It's been freezing out and of course my heater decided to take a dump. My house has been 55 degrees and it's been miserable. Bryan came out and replaced the circuit and now I have heat again. Thank you Bryan and Certified Heating and Air Conditioning!

Performed tune up on 12 year old Carrier air conditioner. Unit is running well and doesn’t show any problems at this time. It is a bit loud when shutting off indicating that the motor is beginning to wear. Monitoring going forward.
Performed diagnostic on 12 year old Carrier. Unit is not cooling the home. Outdoor unit is not turning on. Dual capacitor has failed because the refrigerant leaked out for the second time this summer. EPA requires a leak search and repair be done before adding more.
Performed diagnostic on air conditioner, system operating upon arrival but not cooling well. Found evaporator coil icing up and dirty, coil freezing due to system low on R22. Leak search should be done, but system is 33 years old and due to age, efficiency and condition recommend upgrading system
Providing estimate to replace 1999 Rheem system that has an unfortunate R22 refrigerant leak. Went over efficiencies, options for system enhancements and financing options. Gave replacement options and look forward to working with clients to bring them comfort in their home for several years to come! Thank you for choosing Certified!
Performed tune up on air conditioner, checked filter and cleaned outdoor unit. Checked capacitors, contactor, electrical connections, refrigerant levels and amperage draw on compressor, condenser fan motor and blower. Checked drain lines, evaporator coil and heat exchanger found blower capacitor below spec and replaced with new. Added R410A refrigerant per tune up special to balance refrigerant levels. System in good working order at this time
Performed tune up on air conditioner, checked filter cleaned outdoor unit. Checked capacitor, contactor, electrical connections, refrigerant levels and amperage draw on compressor, condenser fan motor and blower. Heat exchanger has thermal stress marks, blower running hard and gets very hot. Capacitor below spec, contactor burnt and pitted. Refrigerant levels ok, compressor pulling high amps which causes stress and high utility costs
Performed diagnostic on air conditioner found system not coming on at all found thermostat had been replaced but jumper for heating and cooling was missing. Installed jumper to get furnace operating. Found condenser fan motor failed and compressor amperage high due to fan not working properly. Blower motor leaking oil and using more power than manufacturer allows, blower capacitor below spec. Blower and evaporator coil dirty.
Performing system tune up on 1986 carrier furnace and 2000 carrier condenser. Cleaned system out, checked all safety and electrical components. Checked refrigerant levels, cleaned condenser coil thoroughly. Made recommendations for minor repairs to keep system running for as long as possible. Clients are currently in the process of moving out of state and we wish them the best of luck on their new adventure.
Tune up on Payne air conditioner, cleaned outdoor unit, checked capacitor, contactor, electrical connections, refrigerant levels and amperage draw on compressor, condenser fan motor and blower. Outdoor unit not matched to indoor unit causing high electrical consumption and improper cooling.
Performing precision tune up on 2007 Carrier condenser. Family was having trouble cooling home below 80 degrees during the heat wave last summer. Discovered airflow restrictions and corrected them, added R410a refrigerant for proper balance and increase the temperature split from 9 degrees to almost 20! System is now effectively cooling the home and clients became annual maintenance members to continue having system maintenance performed by the best technicians in the industry.
Estimate to replace existing system.
