Tyler and Noah did an outstanding job for us! They definitely deserve 5 stars! it was a cold day and we were treezing and they were able to install a new furnace and thermostat in one day! They were great workers and everything is working again. And they did a great cleanup job also.
Performed tune up on 10 year old heat pump package unit, checked capacitor, contactor, electrical connections, refrigerant levels and amperage draw on compressor, condenser fan motor and blower. Evaporator coil and blower dirty, dual run capacitor below spec, contactor is burnt and pitted. All motors are in good running order. Refrigerant levels are good. Unit is on roof with exposed ductwork, recommend sealing ducts and having foam insulation sprayed to make more efficient. Replaced capacitor
Performing AC diagnostic service on 2004 Westinghouse condenser that was not coming on. Discovered that rodents had chewed through the low voltage wiring in two places, repaired both and got 24v to the system but the compressor motor still would not come on. Added compressor saver kit and R22 refrigerant, system now up and running just in time for their previously scheduled party! Clients are now Certified members and we look forward to keeping them as comfortable as possible for years to come!
Performed maintenance on 2 AC and 2 Furnaces made bu Payne. all is good and ready for the warm summer months
Diagnostic service on 1996 Carrier Furnace which is currently not functioning. Diagnosed failed gas valve. System very dirty inside from lack of maintenance and filter not being replaced which caused the system to have high static pressure and low airflow. Made recommendations for repairs vs replacement and gave an estimate for clients to replace the furnace using the PACE program.

Installing new high efficiency blue ductwork, and new system.
Furnace tune up. It has never been cleaned before.
