Performed tune up on package unit checked capacitors, contactor, electrical connections, refrigerant levels, and amperage draw on compressor, condenser fan motor and blower. Evaporator coil dirty, blower capacitor below spec, contactor failing, unit low on refrigerant probable leak in evaporator coil. System is 25 years old R22. Blower motor at max amps and leaking oil, condenser fan motor in same condition.

Performing precision tune up service on 1990 Carrier furnace. Cleaned system, tested all electrical and safety components, system has high static pressure which is causing the furnace to overheat and work harder than intended. Made recommendations for repairs to keep system running and also gave estimate to replace with much more efficient energy star rated furnace.
